Sandwiches and soup at St. Francis Rectory, 12:00 noon
Host family or someone they arrange picks up there, (welcome to eat with them), they meet with, eat supper with, may tour with host family. Settle in their host’s home.
Thurs./Friday AM, Afternoon: Vocational Visits
Friday 6:00 PM: Covered dish at Museum of Red River,
including our weekly meeting and their presentation.
Host families, students, etc., invited.
St. Francis: donate plates, cups, table paper, etc.
Henry: to get tables set up, ready.
Bruce: sign up paper of which foods to bring
Bruce: ask how many will eat breakfast at Gemini
Indian flutist and dancer will perform..
Presentations and goodbyes.

9:30 AM JTB drives them to Mt. Vernon, leave with B. F. Hicks
at trolley stop at train station south of Town Square at 11:00 AM.
CHANGE OF MEETING TIME:
WE WILL NOT MEET WEDNESDAY NOON.
Our meeting will be at the Museum on Friday night.
